Have you heard that a consultant is someone who takes the watch off your wrist and tells you the time? That's the well-earned stereotype of consultants. But there is a time and place to bring in an outside voice.
While there are lines that blur, we look at consulting and coaching as two different roles.

- Consulting is a process where we help a leader and their organization overcome a specific issue or challenge.
