1. IMPORTANT EMAILS

We're sending you a series of emails with links to get started. The first one will be your coaching agreement.

(Should be there within a few moments.) You must complete the agreement before moving on.

After you complete that step, you'll get an email with a link to your pre-coaching session work. Open that and bookmark the page so you can get back to the material.

2. READ THROUGH THE PRE-COACHING GUIDEBOOK 

Read through the Pre-Coaching Guidebook BEFORE you do the assessments. It will help to have an understanding of the Process as you work through the assessments.

3. COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENTS

You will find the assessments on the same page as the Guidebook. The assessments won't take more than 30 minutes (unless you REALLY overthink stuff).

Block out about two to three hours or so to read through guidebook and take the assessments. You probably won't need that much time. But if you give yourself ample blocks of time to process and pray through the assessments and questions, the more prepared you’ll be for the coaching session.

4. SCHEDULING YOUR COACHING SESSION

After you complete the two assessments, your coach will be contacting you to get your session on the calendar.

5. UNDERSTAND LEADERSHIP COACHING

Your coach won’t take all your completed assessments and come up with answers. These assessments are to get you thinking and give your coach a starting point to ask the right questions. YOU’RE the expert on your ministry. It’s about helping you clarify the direction, the next big steps, and goals to take those steps.
