This page contains your Pre-Coaching Guidebook and links to your Blueprint Assessment Tools. You'll want to bookmark this page so you can return to it as needed through this process.
Before we can schedule your Blueprint Session, we need these two assessments completed:
1. The 77-Point Discovery Tool (click here to complete)
2. The Worship Leadership Role Indicator (click here to complete)
There's more information below about these assessments as well as some additional prep work.
The Pre-Coaching Guidebook
After you download the guidebook, it can be read as a digital file, or printed on standard 8.5" x 11" paper.
Please give yourself enough time to read the entire Pre-Coaching Guidebook BEFORE your coaching call.
The 77-Point Discovery Tool
This is an online assessment. You will be answering yes or no to 77 different questions about your ministry.
Your coach needs the completed assessment at least 48 hours prior to your coaching call, so he can write the report.
If you don't finish it in time, please understand that we'll have to reschedule your coaching call.
Leadership Role Indicator
The Worship Leadership Role Indicator will help you and your coach understand where your strengths and weaknesses are in worship ministry leadership.
