How Would You Like to Complete This Planner in Just 3 Days??
BIG January Plans
(Forgotten By February)
You know how it is...
You have big, grand plans at the beginning of the year to accomplish so much. But then the high demands of Sunday keep you on the hamster wheel of weekly work.
Before long, you don’t invest any time into the long-term growth of your worship ministry.
Does That Sound Familiar?
You start the New Year or a new season with good intentions to...
- Develop your team and leaders,
- Make significant improvements to your worship ministry, or
- Grow your own leadership skills…
…but then the reality of being ready Sunday-after-Sunday steals your time and focus. By February, those plans are all but forgotten.
A Challenge...
If you’re constantly being pulled away from the long-term development of your worship ministry by the high demands of Sunday, you need to accept this mission.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to...
Dedicate one hour a day for three days to plan out your worship ministry for 2025, so you can build a team that makes EVERY Sunday exceptional... AND you'll be prepared to pivot when life throws you the inevitable curve balls.
What a 25-Year Worship Leading Veteran Said About Participating in The Challenge...
I’ve been involved in worship ministry for over 25 years...and WorshipTeamCoach's resources are some of the best I’ve seen in regard to worship ministry, systems, and practical applications.
The Ultimate Annual Planning Challenge is no different. It helped me cut through the noise and focus on the vision for my worship ministry.

"Do it!"
The Ultimate Annual Planning Challenge began just as our church resumed in-person Sunday services since we went to live stream only in mid-March. And our in-person services had to be outside because our building was not yet finished.
So in addition to prepping for outside services every week, weather permitting, we were also finishing up the actual building, prepping it for when we hold services in the building, not to mention policies regarding CoVid-19, and so forth.
There was a lot going on. Which was why it was essential to make time for The Ultimate Annual Planning Challenge.
UAPC allowed me to cut through the noise of day-to-day demands and focus on the worship ministry at Crossroads, what the vision is for 2021— what we want to do and how we plan to accomplish it.
One practical benefit I saw right away was identifying a couple calendar conflicts that were inevitable had I not been looking at the year versus each quarter or month-by-month.
Long term, this is a planning system that can be adapted and used year after year.
Doing the challenge via a Facebook group meant I was part of a group of worship leaders/pastors/directors who were potentially from all over the world in different settings and the opportunity to gain insight from others’ experiences.
I’ve been involved in worship ministry for over 25 years and the Director of Worship Arts at Crossroads Community Church in Adrian, Michigan for the last 15 years.
WorshipTeamCoach's resources are some of the best I’ve seen in regard to worship ministry, systems, and practical applications. UAPC is no different.
If you have the slightest inkling about taking up the challenge, let me encourage you to follow that inkling and do it.
All the Best,
Laura Berry

Plan An Entire Year? REALLY?
Here’s what a lot worship leaders are thinking:
“How can I even think about planning out an entire year after the craziness of the past few years??"
That’s a legitimate concern. But...
You can.
You can create an annual ministry plan that will help you get more done — in less time — in 2025, no matter what it throws your way.
Why?
NO Crystal Ball
Creating a one-year ministry plan does NOT require you to predict the future. Instead of predicting, you...
- Plan for the predictable and probable—holidays, church & ministry events, special services, etc.
- Position yourself and your team to produce fruit.
- Prepare to pivot when your life (or the whole world) goes sideways.
The Ultimate Annual Planning Challenge
For three days, I’m going to walk with you, step-by-step. We'll look at the year ahead and map out this...
Your path to building a team that makes EVERY Sunday exceptional.
We'll focus on 3 big things:
- Your "macro" schedule—the BIG events and seasons of your family, church, and worship team.
- Your worship team development goals and aspiration. That is, how you want to grow your team members and leaders in 2025.
- Your worship ministry renovation plan. These are the ministry processes and systems you want to improve.
But just knowing what you want to improve won’t change anything.
That’s why during this challenge we’re also going to focus on HOW to get more done — in less time — in 2025.
You know how it is. You have grand plans at the beginning of the year to accomplish so much. But then...
The high demands of Sunday keep you on that treadmill of weekly work—and you don’t invest any time for the long-term growth of your worship ministry.
We’ll focus on transforming your personal monthly and weekly work schedule so you can do SO more than just "be ready for Sunday."
And to help you even more, you’ll get proven strategies and “hacks” to get more done in less time.
You Ready?
Before you say yes to this Challenge, let me remind you of your mission one more time...
Here's Your Mission...
Dedicate one hour a day for three days to plan out your worship ministry for 2025, so you can build a team that makes EVERY Sunday exceptional... AND you'll be prepared to pivot when life throws you the inevitable curve balls.

Here's What You Get for $24.99!
What's The Commitment To Join This Challenge?
Two Levels of Commitment: Time + Presence
Time
You need to commit about 1 hour each day of the challenge.
That hour includes both the training and work you’ll put in.
To get even more out of this, spend a few extra minutes each day inside the Facebook group. You can get extra coaching and feedback, plus interact with other like-minded worship leaders.
Presence
It's NOT enough to just put in some time.
To make the most of this... BE PRESENT!!
The worship leaders we've seen who are successful with this Challenge are the ones who show up live and interact inside the community.
We've had worship leaders in crazy different time zones get up at 2 or 3am to attend.
It's just one hour a day for three days.
And if you absolutely can't make it live to the daily sessions, schedule to watch the replay each day and treat it like it's live...
- Watch the training
- Do the work
- Be present.
Again, if you invest your time and focused presence into this Challenge, you will create a plan to help you make 2025 your best year yet!
