WorshipTeamCoach.com was birthed by training. When Jon got asked to teach his first guitar workshop at a local worship conference, he was hooked. He loves training musicians, leaders, and anyone else willing to sit in a breakout session or webinar with him.
We define training at WorshipTeamCoach.com simply: the development of practical skill and knowledge for improvement.

How Is Training Different From Coaching?
Leadership coaching is about the coach drawing out the answers from the leader and helping him or her find clarity. Training is about teaching—imparting knowledge and transferring skills.
For example, you might need training to understand how systems work to improve your ministry and free up your time. But leadership coaching can help you clarify and determine the most crucial place to start implementing that systems training, as well as motivation to make it happen. So hand-in-hand, training gives you the what and how, and coaching gives you why and when.
